A value that is accepted but not fundable still creates the lead, so a sole trader is recorded and told there is no option rather than being dropped at the door.

The generic values the first release accepted for the EU markets (private_limited_company, public_limited_company, partnership, sole_trader) are still accepted for one release and are listed as deprecated by GET /enums/company-types. Move to the market's own forms.
